Walnuts Shopping Centre will be welcoming an exciting new addition to their retail experience at the end of February with the arrival of a new smoothie and juice bar called Heavens Fruit Smoothie.
Heavens Fruit Smoothie is an independently owned business operated by husband and wife team, David and Mariscar Manford.
David Manford commented: “We chose Walnuts Shopping Centre because we were impressed by the set up there and felt that our healthy fruit smoothies and juices would go down well with the shoppers of Orpington. This will be the first smoothie bar in Orpington and we hope to welcome lots of customers looking to try our healthy and delicious treats. It’s a great way for people of all ages to ensure they are getting one of their ‘five a day’.”
Heavens Fruit Smoothie will offer a broad selection of different fruit smoothies and aims to provide customers with high quality juices and smoothies at a competitive price.
The bar will sell a range of innovative juices, including Raspberry Heaven, Strawberry Delight, Pineapple Sunset and Mango Dream. There will also be six smoothie flavours to choose from such as vanilla, chocolate and peach as well as ‘smoothies of the week’ and specially created smoothies for holidays and occasions.
Martin Price, Centre Manager at Walnuts Shopping Centre commented: “This is a very positive addition to Walnuts Shopping Centre in terms of ambience, especially in the central atrium, which is considered a meeting point and relaxation area. We hope our customers will enjoy visiting the new fruit and smoothie bar and tasting its great range of healthy drinks.”
Heavens Fruit Smoothie’s ‘smoothie island’ will be based in the central atrium at Walnuts Shopping Centre and is scheduled to open at the end of February 2009.
