Welcome to our Programme of FREE Summer Events this year for you to enjoy!
Starting Wednesday 2nd August we hope you will join us for your very own TEDDY BEARS PICNIC. Bring along your favourite foods to eat with you most special Teddy Bear. If you forget him we will have a stall full of unloved bears just looking for a special home with you for a small £1 donation to St Christophers Hospice! There will be fun crafts to try as well and we look forward to seeing you.
Wednesday 9th August we go "UNDER THE SEA" with a marine sand-dig with fossils to discover. Take a photo to share in our Marine photobooth. There will be four 20 minute interactive talks for children to learn about the weird and wonderful lives of sea creatures - 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2.15 pm. Marine Man & Marine Girl will be here to help you with any fishy questions you may have.
Wednesday 16th August brings FUN & GAMES to the centre. Lots of interactive toys and games to play and test your skills against the Interactive Cone Game!
Our big summer FINALE will be on Wednesday 23rd August with FESTIVAL VIBES for all. Lots of music, games, facepainting and more to enjoy as we wave goodbye to the Summer Holidays.
All events run from 11am - 3pm in Market Square. Free to enjoy as always so please share the fun and join us.
